Legal Cert Ltd as a Certification Body for Data Management and Data Security Management Systems has been established by professionals who, although come from various professional and study experiences, have more than twenty years of experience in System Assessment and Certification Business Management in accordance with international standards.

We are the only company in Albania authorized by the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the Guideline No. 48 dated 14.09.2018. This authorization certifies the Information Security Management System, Personal Data Protection and Protection in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 9887/2008, and strengthens the business relationship with the Public Administration.
